At The Auto Experts, we are committed to your satisfaction as our valued customer. We understand that sometimes you may need to return a product and we strive to make the return process as seamless as possible.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Additionally, proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Return Process

Returning a product to The Auto Experts is easy. Simply follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
  2. Provide your order details and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the necessary steps.
  3. Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  4. Package the item securely, including the original packaging and any accessories, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  5. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  6. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund.
  7. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

While we aim to accommodate returns for most products, there are certain exceptions and non-returnable items including:

  • Products that have been used or damaged by the customer.
  • Items without their original packaging or missing accessories.
  • Personalized or custom-made products.
